Busy, busy day yesterday! My husbands been on the road for the past two and I’ve been holding down the fort. I’ve started the great search for my internship location and had a interview yesterday and today on top of the 21 credits I’m taking… So since I was in Albany I decided to grab some grocerys at my two favorite places; Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. So after a rainy New England spring day, I decided with a stew. And boy, did it turn out GREAT!! By the way I used a gluten free flour for the dumplings. Everything was also organic.
